By signing this Service Agreement, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies of FUTUR Marketing & Developers:
• Privacy: Your information is collected and used only to deliver and manage our services, in compliance with U.S. privacy laws including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and CCPA/CPRA.
• Terms of Service: You agree to use our leads ethically, follow all applicable real-estate and marketing regulations, and maintain your own compliance responsibilities.
• Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable once services begin, except in verified cases of duplicate billing or technical failure.
• SMS Consent: You consent to receive service-related text messages; reply STOP to opt out at any time. Standard carrier rates apply.
• Legal Disclaimer: FUTUR Marketing & Developers provides marketing support only. We are not a real-estate brokerage, do not buy or sell property, and make no guarantees of specific business results.

Lead Guarantee
1. Lead Guarantee
We guarantee that at least 80% of the leads we deliver will be valid and reachable. If any lead is found to be unreachable or invalid within 72 hours of delivery, we will replace it at no additional cost.
Replacement Policy
2. Replacement Policy
To request a replacement, you must report the invalid lead within 72 hours of receiving it. After verification, we will credit your account with a replacement lead within 24 hours.
Payment Terms

All plans are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due on the same date each month as your initial signup date. We accept all major credit cards and bank transfers.
Realtor Obligations
4. Realtor Obligations
You agree to contact all leads within 24 hours of receiving them. Failure to do so may result in suspension of service. You also agree to provide feedback on lead quality when requested.
Cancellation Policy
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days notice. No refunds will be provided for the current billing period, but you will continue to receive leads until the end of your billing cycle.
Data Usage
6. Data Usage
All leads provided are for your exclusive use only. You may not resell, share, or transfer leads to any third party without our written consent.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all business information exchanged during the term of this agreement.
